Hamilton has again created a densely populated universe, filled with well-sketched characters and fascinating technology. Hamilton is totally in control of his plot, characters, and pacing. Pandora's Star (Commonwealth Saga, #1) I think I generally enjoyed Pandora's Star more than you did, though I do agree with your points. Finally, a book I could really love.
